  3. After verification, we will provide return instructions if the request is approved.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), return shipping costs will be borne by Abantika Pearls (Boutique).

8. Natural Characteristics of Pearls

Pearls are natural or cultured gemstones and may vary slightly in shape, color, size, luster, and surface texture. Such natural variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund.
